East Boston Chamber of Commerce and Veronica Robles Cultural Center are hosting the third annual East Boston Holiday Bazaar at the ICA Watershed! Shop local makers, artisans, and fooderies, and enjoy family-friendly music and dance performances.
Please note, there is no public parking at the ICA Watershed and street parking is limited. The Watershed is .5 miles from the MBTA Blue Line/Maverick Station stop. VROCC will provide a free shuttle service to the ICA Watershed from Maverick Square.

Watershed Community Event | Veronica Robles Cultural Center Day of the Dead
Veronica Robles Cultural Center (VROCC) presents “2024 Dia de Muertos,” New England’s largest multi-day “Day of the Dead Celebration,” offering a series of events to honor our ancestors and deceased loved ones. On Sunday, November 3, celebrate the last day of programs with us in two locations in East Boston: The day will begin at the ICA Watershed with a presentation of altars created by local artists and community members and will include a Catrina’s Parade to Central Square Park in East Boston. The Day of the Dead festival at Central Square Park will feature live performances, artisans, local food vendors, and ongoing shuttle bus trips to the ICA Watershed to view the altars. This year VROCC marks its 12th year bringing this rich tradition for everyone to enjoy.

3rd Annual Tombstone Tour - EAST BOSTON
The East Boston Museum and Historical Society invites the public to mark Halloween by attending the Third Annual Tombstone Tour of the Bennington Street Cemetery on Saturday, October 26, 2024, between 1 and 5 p.m. Guided tours will be offered by the Historical Society at 2 and 4 p.m., and self-guided exploration of the cemetery is open between 1 and 5 p.m.
The event will feature the history of East Boston’s oldest cemetery, the people buried there, and maybe even a ghost story. The Tombstone Tour is free to the public, and refreshments will be provided.
The Bennington Street Cemetery was established in 1838 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The entrance to the cemetery is located on Bennington Street between Swift Street and Harmony Street.
The East Boston Museum and Historical Society is a local volunteer organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich and diverse history of East Boston and its people.

Eastie Pride Day is all about uplifting the East Boston community while celebrating our history, traditions, and resilience. This event has always provided an opportunity to gather with our neighbors at Piers Park for an afternoon of fun and festivities. Many of the vital businesses and organizations throughout the neighborhood are showcased for the work they do to support and uplift East Boston.
This year, we are incredibly excited to announce that the 34th Annual Eastie Pride Day will be celebrated on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 2 PM at Piers Park located on Marginal Street. This will include activities and entertainment for all ages, from face painting to live music and performances. As in years past, many local businesses and organizations that call East Boston home will be joining us to make this Eastie Pride Day the best one yet! We hope that you can join us for a day full of Eastie spirit as we highlight the very best values and qualities of our community. This event is free and open to the public.

Taste of Eastie — Summer 2024

East Boston Main Streets (EBMS) will host the 28th Annual “Taste of Eastie” on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Tall Ship (1 E Pier Dr, Boston, MA 02128) weather permitting (rain date July 30 , 2024).
For 28 years, Taste of Eastie has been East Boston’s largest charity dining event & sells out every year with attendees eager to try a “taste” of Eastie’s diverse local cuisine & support Eastie. We highly recommend arriving early to not miss out on any of the amazing food.
Tickets increase to $60 the day of the event.

Sunset Yoga at Piers Park
Weekly Sunset Yoga
End your day at Piers Park with a yoga class overlooking spectacular views of Boston Harbor as the sun sets around you. Give your body some love with all-level flow sequences designed to stretch your body from head to toe. Each class is taught by certified instructor Casey Silvia.
Participants should bring:
Yoga mat or towel
Water bottle
This class is free, but we ask that you register in advance.
